Luxury Motoryacht Launch

While an array of the hottest new designs are being showcased this week in New York at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, British-boatmaker Sealine revealed their own new style with the January launch of the T60 Aura. The London-based design firm of Studio Conran crafted the interior décor of the 60-foot flybridge motoryacht. Light and space are the design elements employed by tastemakers Sir Terrance and Sebastian Conran. A cockpit laid in teak and a statesroom fitted with Japanese maple are some of the features earning nods from industry experts.
“The interior of any motor yacht presents a unique challenge for the designer,” Sebastian Conran explained. “It is a rare environment in which performance, safety and practicality are equally as important as luxury and aesthetic beauty. Over three decades of creating superb motor yachts, Sealine has established a long tradition of craftsmanship and innovation, with the T60 existing as the epitome of this philosophy.”
The T60 is the flagship of Sealine’s Aura line and is powered by twin Caterpillar C15 engines that move the luxury motor yacht at 33 knots.
