Audi TT-Inspired Yacht
By Stephanie Wilson

Audi may be known for their autos, but this year, the roadster inspired a watercraft. The Audi TT is the inspiration for Red Sula, a sleek red and white 32.5 meter aluminum-hulled sloop. The yacht was revealed at the recent Antibes Yacht Show at the International Yacht Club d’Antibes and Port Vauban in the South of France.
The craft embraces Audi’s mantra of a “purist driving machine that combines the performance of a sports car with a unique design language.” Naval architect Tony Castro teamed up with Italian Giugiaro Design on the sleek, extremely seaworthy and speedy long-distance sailing yacht.
The Dutch shipyard based the Red Sula on its Jongert 3200M, a sophisticated 32.5-metre aluminum-hulled sloop. Equipped with impeccable technology it offers a unique experience for its occupants. The Scania engine powered yacht can be handled by a small crew and boasts of a spacious interior. The lower saloon and deck saloon are connected in an open plan arrangement while the owner’s cabin along with the two guest cabins are located aft and designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. A beauty, the Red Sula promises to be the Audi of the ocean.
